This horse farm in NH was badly overgrown with dense forest right up to the rear of the the main house. As a multi-season project we began by hiring loggers to selectively clear the trees and the lumber was sold at a break even to the logging costs. After the trees were removed we pulled stumps, graded the land, and created drainage. Throughout the whole process stone was dug up from the ground and used for various walls, stream beds, and a patio at the rear of the house.
The whole area was seeded and now horse and rider have ample room to roam freely on the property and enjoy the scenic views.
