Mason Tender/Laborer/Apprentice:
Mason tender/laborer/apprentice duties are to assist masons in all areas of landscape construction. Ideal candidate will be physically strong and able to keep up with fast paced work environment, eager and willing to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities, and willing to learn to operate machinery/trucks/trailers/tools. Ideal candidate will have drivers license and reliable transportation to job-site. No experience necessary.
Junior Mason/Apprentice:
Junior Mason should have 1-3 years of experience working in masonry, hardscape, landscape construction or similar trades. Junior Mason should have experience driving truck and trailer and operating small machinery. Junior Mason should have valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Junior Mason will work alongside the Mason/Crew Leader on various projects and work independently.
Mason/Crew leader:
Mason/Crew Leader should have 3-5 years experience. Mason/Crew Leader should be experienced in all areas of landscape masonry and construction. Mason/Crew Leader should be experienced operating skidsteer and mini-excavator, and dump truck and trailers. Mason/Crew Leader should be comfortable working under their own direction, directing/training junior masons and laborers, estimating material amounts, and completing projects from start to finish. Mason/Crew Leader should be willing to learn cost estimating, project management, and customer interface.
